There are too many favorites from Leah and Brian’s wedding at Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven, CT, I have to just roll with chronological order…I couldn’t quite figure out how to put them ALL at the top of the post.
But I did choose the next 2 images to start with for a reason. Why, you ask?
Well would you believe me if I told you that they were taken within 5 minutes of each other, at the exact same location?!
Ah…that dynamic power of that FLASH photography that we just love – some may say we are obsessed. I’m not offended AT ALL.
Eric shot Leah getting ready at her parent’s home in Milford, CT, while I covered the guys at the hotel. The prettiest pink Badgley Mischka shoes.
Now I don’t want to make any weather predictions this early in the wedding season, but so far we have had rain at more than half of the weddings we have photographed, which…is what it is. I love this shot of Leah still smiling, despite the record low temperatures and rain forecasted for her whole day.
I arrived just in time to help tie Leah’s awesome bow, I have a little OCD control freak in me that takes over when it comes to a perfect bridal bow…weird I admit.
While it rained, we had lots of fun shooting indoors on the carousel at Lighthouse Point Park.
When the rain subsided we could not resist a night shot outside with the moon peeking through the clouds.
Awesome wedding guys and you are both so sweet, we are so lucky that we were there to capture your day, xo!
