Wedding at The Great River Golf Club in Milford, CT | Erin & Ryan
Erin and Ryan are a quintessential “Raw Photo Design couple”, they are super fun and easy going and had great ideas that we loved incorporating for their wedding day portfolio.
And since their wedding, we have been very fortunate to work with them on a “day after” bridal session — we can’t wait to get to those images up to share with you as well.
These next top 2 images are big time faves of ours from the 2011 season, it was so cool to juxtapose a bridal party against the colorful, urban train station in Milford, CT. Those of you that “do the shoreline commute” on Metro North Railroad will find this backdrop familiar for sure.
We could have stayed there all day, let us know what you think.

And for this shot…guess where Eric was?
Yup, he ran all the way around to climb on the opposite side tracks, meanwhile I worked on posing Erin & Ryan’s 15-person bridal party (including a toddler which I quickly decided was best in someone’s arms on the platform so close to the “gap“).
And…how sick is this shot? Worth breaking a sweat I think.

Let’s start with Erin & Ryan getting ready.

And Ryan swoops in with a gift for Erin that puts all other wedding day gifts 2nd in line: the Louis Vuitton “Speedy” Handbag. Drool.
Take notes fellas, take notes.

Turns out Ryan has a photography hobby (awesome), and so a new lens from Erin was a sweet gift (at least we think so).
These two know how to gift (clearly), it’s only up from here guys.

And here are the amazing vendors that participated in Erin & Ryan’s wedding day.
And…Erin is so freaking pretty.

Before tearing up the golf course at The Great River Country Club in Milford, CT for pictures, we stopped by downtown Milford to grab some shots at the main intersection. As you can see, Erin and Ryan have a dynamic wedding portfolio by incorporating a few different locations and lots of picture time throughout the day.

Enjoy guys! xo
