Maybe you have noticed that this blog has been completely on fire with wedding posts? Like most photographers this time of year, we are wrapping up the editing and retouching from our wedding season, and……
I want to point out that 2010 was the best wedding season that we have ever had!
BUT… my random thought was that our boudoir posts were going to get buried in the blog under these wedding posts. And the problem with that, is that this is BOUDOIR SEASON – right now. During the off season, no one wants to be outside taking pictures, so we shoot the majority of our boudoir sessions for the year in the winter. Valentine’s Day ANYONE??? Our availability is better, our production schedule is more manageable, and most importantly, this allows all of the 2011 brides plenty of time to receive their retouched boudoir images and custom designed boudoir album from us. If you are considering a boudoir wedding gift, definitely don’t wait until spring rolls around…availability is limited once weddings start back up.
For this post, I just dug back through some recent sessions and pulled together what I believe to be a very diverse collection of boudoir photography. Seeing these finished images together really made me realize how uniquely inspired and influenced we are by the styling and wardrobe that each client brings to the shoot. Clearly, there is no “one size fits all” approach to boudoir photography, great images are the result of individualized, and appropriate execution for each and every session.

A huge thanks to our amazing clients, especially those that have allowed us to share their beautiful images – nothing is more rewarding and makes me happier than making you feel your most beautiful.
