Wedding Photos at The Branford House in Groton, CT | Katie & Henry
Meet Katie and Henry. Super cool, super chic. We had to have a heart to heart with Katie…you see, she saw this blog post about the timing on a wedding day and even though we do not want to make a habit of “hijacking” anyone’s wedding day timeline…we kind of had no choice in Katie & Henry’s case.
They were nervous, knowing that her ceremony and reception were at the same place with NO time in between. Katie and Henry opted for a first look at The Branford House in Groton, CT which left SO MUCH TIME for yummy pictures, a relaxing and intimate day, and plenty of time for the married couple to be together with their friends and family. We went from less than an hour for photos to two full hours. Pure Bliss ensued and we can’t thank them enough for being so open minded with their wedding day!

Katie & Henry’s bridal party was so cooperative during photos and we can’t thank them enough!!
First time I was able to head down to the water at the Branford House. It was ALL Katie’s idea…she just threw her shoes off, hiked up her dress, and started hopping across the rocks!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes – I’m not that coordinated without a wedding dress on!

The Branford House is seriously TOO much…huge green lawn, a beach, huge rocks, a lighthouse, & the most gorgeous architecture ever. You can’t lose!
