Amanda is a childhood friend and we really wanted her to wear her dress again, and get in front of our cameras! This shoot was so much fun, and we were psyched to have some talented peeps make the whole session come to life in downtown New Milford, CT: Makeup by Stacey Palancia of Blush Couture and Florals by Pygmalion Design.
Wow, hands down, Favorite Category. We have the Raddest couples in the world! I am not sure if it is just because we enjoy taking our couples away from their reception, making them stand very still, and setting up the tripod so we can get an in focus night shot with crazy sky, and insane lighting….or if it is just because every wedding deserves an Epic Money Shot! Some of these are “Day After” sessions, some are actual weddings, 2 are me (from our Winvian workshop earlier this year)…they are only posted because Eric claims they 2 of his favorite pictures that he has ever taken (he’s the sweetest for saying so).

Shannon and Anthony had Gods of Rain pay them a visit on their wedding day which, of course, totally bummed all of us out. We were able to get some killer indoor shots but it left Shannon aching for some bright, yummy outdoor photos in her wedding dress. Of course the answer is to book a trash the dress bridal photo session! Anthony was dying to get Shannon in the water and despite the frigid temperatures she was totally braved and jumped in for a minute!
We started their session in an empty field near New Milford, CT.
Then it was off to an abandoned building…
Next it was time to hit the lake!
